Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities.
1. Product Strategy and Ideation
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities.
- Develop product concepts aligned with business objectives and client requirements.
2. Product Development and Execution
- Collaborate with R&D to develop product formulations and packaging solutions.
- Ensure product feasibility, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Go-To-Market and Commercialization
- Conduct product trials, gather feedback, and refine products prior to launch.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to calculate pricing strategies.
- Develop label designs and marketing initiatives to support successful commercialization.
4. Project Management and Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with R&D, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to drive product development.
- Address technical requirements and product enhancements based on B2B client feedback.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and key milestones to ensure timely and efficient execution.
5. Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Track product performance and market reception post-launch.
- Continuously optimize product concepts, formulations, and marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in new product development, preferably in FMCG, B2B.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret research data, market dynamics, and consumer trends effectively - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and finance teams.
- Experience working with international clients, private label solutions, and bulk supply.
- Strong understanding of market regulations, certifications, and sustainability standards.
- Excellent communication (both Vietnamese and English) and project management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, decision-making and multitasking skills
