Recipe management:

Prepare recipe and submit to Technological controller for approval

Make sure recipes are issued to related people and shopfloor execution follow requirements

Adapt recipe follow material variation and production capacity

Material management:

Plan material (malt, rice, hop, yeast) for using in order to balance the stock and get homogenous quality

Evaluate material quality

Quality assurance:

Set up specification of product, by-product in each process complied with Heineken standards

Validate exist conditions, create new/improved conditions to reduce the risk of defect leading to zero defect

Conduct QA audit monthly at Brewing to make sure all technological requirements are maintain good

Process improvement:

Set up trials for new materials and new parameters, follow up and evaluate the results of trials to apply for improving the beer quality and the production parameters.

Be in charge of technological trials to improve product quality and extract loss

Problem solving support:

Provide technological advice for Brewing

Take lead 5whys to find out the root cause of defect

Project:

Involve in Brewery extension and New product development projects in term of technological aspect

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education degree: University degree in Biotechnology/Food chemistry/Food Technology/...

Experience:

At least 1-3 years working experience in Foreign Beverage Company (Beer industry is preferable)

New graduation is accepted in case of high potential candidates

Technical or specialized knowledge need to achieve the desired results

Very good knowledge in Malting and Brewing

Understanding the working principle of Brewing process

ISO, HACCP, PDCA loop, TPM methodology

Conversant with spoken and written English

MS office, power BI, SPC

Very strong in teamwork and relationship skill

Managerial skills: Problem solving skill, Leading skill, Time management skill , Planning skill, Organize teamwork follow full loop PDCA and delegate task
