HiFarm Tuyển Dụng Business Director
1. Business Strategy & Growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities, customer needs, strengths, and weaknesses, thereby proposing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Develop sales plans and budgets on an annual/quarterly/monthly basis, and organize business activities accordingly.
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute both online and offline campaigns for customer acquisition and market expansion.
- Identify and manage potential risks related to business operations.
2. Sales, Customer & Partner Management
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to support market development, meet sales targets, and foster strong, sustainable customer relationships.
- Expand customer services, ensuring effective acquisition and retention programs (strategic clients, key accounts, loyalty programs).
- Develop action plans to resolve issues arising from sales operations and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Optimize the use of CRM and other business management tools to ensure effective oversight of operations.
3. Team Leadership & Development
- Support recruitment and training for regional sales teams.
- Take ownership of KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct employee evaluations.
- Organize training programs, define career paths, and motivate employees to ensure long-term retention.
- Supervise and provide solutions for issues arising within the sales team.
4. Other Duties
- Participate in management meetings, provide input, and report directly to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with other departments (Technical, Marketing, HR, etc.) to ensure timely support for business activities.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
1. Education & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role, preferably in agriculture, irrigation systems, or related industries.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and managing large-scale, long-term projects.
- Experience in building distribution networks and driving direct sales through partners and agents.
2. Knowledge
- Solid understanding of the agricultural sector; familiarity with modern farming models (hydroponics, aquaponics, greenhouse farming, etc.) and precision agriculture.
- Knowledge of solutions such as IoT, AI, Big Data, sensors, and automated farm management systems is a strong advantage.
3. Skills
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in market trend analysis and competitor evaluation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/business management software
