Vinabeef tuyển dụng Sales Admin Officer

- Order coordination and delivery management: follow and update sales orders, purchasing orders and inventory status to be proactive in selling Vinabeef products to customers and buying beef, materials from suppliers. Keep track of each transaction; report and take all necessary actions to avoid negative issues.

- Receive feedback from customers in order to process and check order information, coordinate in handling customer complaints, promptly respond and handle the interactions between customers and company.

- Follow information flow of customers's orders/contract (quantity, delivery time & location, payment, debt collection...), report and propose to improve the quality of service.

- Manage information systems, documents, customer list, customer care service and related operations of Sales Department.

- Collect, analyze data and prepare sales reports daily, weekly, monthly.

- Support and co-operate with HR department and marketing department to handle other tasks in order to build, plan and develop internal processes and documentary procedures.

- Education Background: University or College Degree,(prefer) in marketing, business administration, or related majors.

- Experience: 1- 2 years of practical experience in Sales Admin position.
(prefer) experience in MT/ HORECA channels of the FMCG / food industry or other similar products.

- Proficiency in office computer.

- Communication, negotiation and basic presentation skills.

- Good English communication
